My sister Kathleen tipped me off on this One Good Thing: A cafe in Denver which serves organic meals and asks people to pay what they think the meal was worth. If they cannot afford to pay, they are asked to donate an hour of service in the restaurant. This way, everyone, regardless of their ability to pay, has a chance to eat good, healthy food.
We have a roving reporter, Paco, on the ground in Denver who is going to check out the cafe and post a review here soon, so stay tuned. :)
